  Today 7/17/13 was my first accident in 20 years. Luckily, my State Farm agent, March Bezanson & her staff walked me thru the process and calmed my nerves. I must have called her office 4 times today, speaking with Cheryl, Susan & March. All of them were great. Thank you for your attention and concern. I will be singing March Bezanson State Farm's praises. Thank you guys again !

  I used State Farm in Illinois without ANY issues. I came here and signed up with this agency. It all started fine. Susan is a lovely woman, and to my recollection, is the only person that works in this office. I first hadd issues when I asked them to remove the auto pay due to changing banks. They instead caused my old account to go negative, and was subsequently charged $72, all because the person I talked to on the phone at this agency decided to NOT do as I requested. Next I was in my first accident in my life, and was told that I would be dropped by State Farm, even though "jerry" can run his car up a pole on multiple occasions.. Irony at its finest. I called on multiple occasions, yet nobody could return a phone call. They sure can take my money though! Well anyways, I asked for a Debt (?) Page (something my new insurance agent said MUST be sent out when requested) and yet I never received this page. The response I received when I asked for this page to be sent to me was "I'll see what I can do." Obviously, not much was possible to be done. I'd highly suggest to ANYONE who is looking to use this agency to make sure Susan is there. Everyone else in this office obviously can't handle the requests.
